Manager of Financial Programs (FT)

This position will serve as the contact for any questions and activity related to Pathways’ financial assistance programs. The Manager of Financial Programs must be able to work effectively with clients, volunteers, the Executive Director, other Pathways staff, other agencies and Pathways’ Board of Directors.

 

This position will be responsible for the administration of any grant funding awarded by South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA), and will serve as Pathways’ main liaison with SDHDA. This requires a full comprehension of how to maintain these grants and the components therein, while adhering to all rules and regulations. The Manager of Financial Programs will be responsible for supervising Pathways’ NBN Emergency Shelter program, Pathways’ Housing Case Manager, and Pathways’ Donation Specialist.

 

Manager of Financial Programs Job Description

Youth Transitional Program Case Manager (FT)

This position will serve as the primary worker for all youth-aged clients (ages 18-24) that are enrolled in Night By Night (NBN), Tier 2 and the Youth Transitional Program (YTP). The YTP Case Manager will create case management plans alongside participants that will oversee their movement through shelter programs, transitional living and into permanent housing. Additionally, the YTP Case Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Youth Home. 

 

This position is funded through the Youth Homeless Demonstration Program (YHDP) and the YTP Case Manager will adhere to the program’s Administration Plan and grant-specific rules and regulations. Candidates must be able to work effectively with clients, other Pathways employees, volunteers, other agencies and Pathways’ Board.

 

YTP Case Manager Job Description

Housing Case Manager (FT)

This position will assume responsibility for all shelter clients that are engaged in a housing search for a scattered site apartment. The HCM will assist to the furthest extent possible with the clients’ housing search. Once a lease is signed, the HCM will continue to give stabilizing case management services and referrals as needed (aftercare length TBD).

 

The position will also oversee clients enrolled in the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) grants and will strive to split their time evenly between both grants. Clients will be regularly assessed for services and progress towards self-sufficiency to create a timeline for program exit. Candidates must be able to work effectively with clients, other Pathways’ employees, volunteers, partner agencies and Pathways’ Board.
