Pathways operates several financial assistance programs that provide rental assistance, security deposit, utility assistance, and can pay past due rent and utilities. For details, contact our Housing Case Manager.

If a property manager has been contacted by a tenant or potential tenant, and that person has stated that Pathways is assisting with financial assistance, please confirm with Pathways by contacting the Housing Case Manager. All property managers will receive a welcome packet explaining the process.
